Precipice

This pils is brewed in the German tradition with a drastic departure: we exclusively used NZ hops in the kettle and as a dry hop. Our Precipice Pils has an initial hint of sweetness followed by a light bitterness and bright, fruity finish. We utilized a variety of NZ hops, including the newly developed HORT9909, a cross between Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Sazz, and a wild German Hop.
