Rock Paper Scissors Hazy IPA

Описание

Soft, chewy hazy IPA brewed with the beautiful fragrant and flavorful hops Rakau and Nelson Sauvin, with some Citra for balance and a nice kick.I met the team at Rock City a few years ago. Arriving after a stressful flight where I lost my laptop and barely made it for the TTO I had at Rock City. With no expectations I sat down at their beautiful brewpub, had some amazing BBQ and for every beer I tried I was more and more blown away. Big dark beers, refreshing sours and IPAs and TIPAs that are some of the best in Europe. We decided to brew two beers, an IPA and a TIPA. This is the IPA version with hops that all three breweries loves, a pillowy, soft malt base and a suitable water profile.
