Extra Pale malt, jumbo oats and flaked wheat make up the grist for this pillowy soft hazy cask pale, bringing notes of freshly baked bread and flapjack. The dry hop is Mosaic heavy with Simcoe and Columbus playing supporting roles. Lovely fresh OJ and pineapple lead, with the pithy bitterness of pink grapefruit and lemon verbena. The refreshing bitterness carries through to the end with lime peel and pine resin dancing on the palate.
