No Kiwis Were Harmed is a bit of an experiment for us here at Brus. This beer contains no fruit at all. However, it does contain one of our favorite Kiwi (New Zealand) hops, namely Wai-iti.This beer is a dry-hopped sour. The base is a kettle soured 4.8% beer, brewed exclusively with Wai-iti.It is a fairly low bitterness hop, that has a lot of flavors and aromas of classic European hops, but with the New Zealand fruity character.
