Oh God what have I done..?Introducing SHAG - my "New Australian Black Ale".Just what the hell is a New Australian Black Ale you ask? Well it started as a New Zealand Black Ale, brewed with Nelson Sauvin, Pacifica and Nectaron and then it was dry hopped (with a proverbial buttload) of Australian Eclipse aka Super-Galaxy. So it started as a New Zealand Beer and finished as an Australian. You can see where I'm going with this, right? Right? Good.
