Out of Office

Inspired by Belgian Witbiers, Out Of Office is a effervescent wheat beer fermented with Belgian yeast, giving peppery and fruity notes. We used corriander seeds and orange peel at the end of boil, and a splash of tangerine puree for some extra zest.
