We’ve brewed another millet beer, this one’s called FIRST HARVEST, and is the 9th beer in our #milletbeerseries!This beer is a Jowar Saison. It's pale and refreshing with mild fruity and spicy notes, and a soft malt character. Medium-bodied with a slight sweetness, making it an easy-drinking and refreshing choice.This beer is called ‘First Harvest’ to symbolize our journey to our first locally sourced millet purchase from the farmers. It was brewed with 30% Jowar sourced locally from small-scale farmers in Mohi, Satara. This beer represents the first harvest we were a part of and is just the beginning of many more to come.
