Cider blended with QuinceSharp apple cider base blended with a house made Quince extraction. Quince harvested fresh during the last week of October 2023 from farms in Oakville and Chehalis WA.This cider is off-dry with delightful floral aromatics, a slight astringency, and complex fruity flavors of citrus, pineapple, honey and a touch of vanilla.
