A freeze-concentrated raspberry mead (or ice melomel if you will).What happens when you take an already ultra-concentrated no-water melomel - and go even further by freeze-concentrating the cherry component, cutting its water content in half?You get an aroma like a raspberry bomb went off in the glass, followed up by an insane saturation of pure raspberry flavor. The explosive acid/sweetness balance, together with the addition of rare, complex honeydew honey, heightens the raspberries to another level and linger forever.Well, that's our opinion.
