DO NOT OBEY

Описание

DO NOT OBEY is a collaboration IPA brewed with our friends at Cerveza SZOT in Chile. We met their brewer Martín last summer when he was visiting Vancouver and Whistler. Simon and Martín went mountain biking, drank some beer, talked about hops, and then decided to ride Whistler Bike Park's most popular closed trail and get both of their passes revoked. Anyways, make better decisions than them. This IPA is brewed with Clayton Hops Motueka Amplifier Oil and Citra. Amplifier Oil is a new highly concentrated hop product that is designed to be added to the cold side. We added way more than their recommended dosage rate, so I guess we still don't like rules. It is bright and zingy with loads of fruit character.
