Deep dark brown beer with a velvety texture, mild chocolate flavor, hints of dark caramel and noticeable sweetness. The Baltic version differs from the traditional porter by its increased density and strength, as well as the use of bottom-fermented yeast, which makes its malt flavor cleaner.
