OB Rose has been a staple at Manic since we first opened the doors. The pairing of a semi-sweet orange blossom mead, just enough red currants to allow the orange blossom to shine, and sparkling carbonation makes for a seriously crushable sweet/tart combo. We always wanted to age this mead in a gin barrel, so away she went for 16 months, adding a whole new depth of character to one of our favorite meads. This is a warm weather crusher, do not pass it up.
