This release of our rotating experimental lager features a new Pacific Northwest hop variety HBC 1134. This hop was developed my the Hop Breeding Company to be a softer, spicer hop better suited for lager production than many of the bright fruity and citrusy hops that region is well knownfor.A modern lager hop this new variety exhibits a floral forward aroma followed by light citrus, lemon and classic continental spicy hop character. It is exciting to see the diversification of the hop breeding program into flavors like this in domestic hops and we wanted to feature it in this newest rotating Pilsner. This is a small batch limited release beer so get it while you can!
