Cosmik Debris

Описание

pale ale has bold aromas of honeydew and watermelon rind, coupled with a great tropical melange of guava and passionfruit. Zappa contributes a wild character of spice (we get a little green pepper) and passionfruit. El Dorado rounds out the beer with some major pineapple and peach flavors. All these ingredients combined create a VERY unique, tropical bomb. The simple, clean fermentation lets the hops and yeast interplay really shine.A collaboration with the amazing team over at Deep Ellum Brewing and with the wonderful people of CLS Farms, our goal with this beer was to showcase two hop varieties that CLS farms is really excited about: Zappa and El Dorado. CLS is the exclusive grower of Zappa. The hop is named after Frank Zappa himself- which is why we named this beer Cosmik Debris after one of his songs… and why his eye is photoshopped onto the can labels…
