Last month we linked up with our Colorado based buds @outerrangebrewingco to craft a sparkling, West Coast Pils packed with premium American and New Zealand sourced and selected hops. ⁣⁣Built upon a base of 100% Weyermann Pils, this minimalist malt bill provides a clean canvass to showcase some super expressive lots of Mosaic, Motueka & Cashmere. Clear, crisp, and delicately hoppy, we’re getting a guava and peach forward flavor profile, with a touch of clean resinous dankness that is decidedly welcome in this West Coast Pils. ⁣
