Philly Sour yeast are responsible for this brilliant sour base beer, complemented by a massive addition of fresh yellow guava and fresh curry leaves in the kettle + the addition of Himalaya salt post fermentation.The beer is a Collab with “Halutz Hadash” brewery and was originally brewed to debut at the Hoppy beer festival in Tel Aviv - October 2023
