A traditional, rich, malt forward lager with a modernised hop bill. Our take on a German Festive Classic. The Saaz added lends a spicy element which contrasts with the earthy and floral notes from Willameete that gives this beer a more modern approach to this German Classic. The base is a beautiful combination of Munich & Vienna malts which give a rich malt backbone with a touch of german pils malt which is slightly soften it around the edge. Best enjoyed in large amounts around great company!
