Inspired by the hidden inland beach of Gulpiyuri in Asturias, this West Coast IPA is a tribute to the bold hop character of the ’90s.Fermented with our crisp, clean California Ale yeast from White Labs, it lets the Cascade and Amarillo from Crosby Hops shine—radiating citrus, grapefruit peel, floral tones, dank herbs, resin, and a subtle hint of fruit.Brewed with extra pale malt plus a touch of malted wheat and dextrin malt for added body and lasting foam, it delivers bold bitterness and a refreshingly dry, snappy finish.
