Keeping the ABV low whilst maintaining flavour is a difficult balancing act. A higher than usual mash temperature gives the final beer a fuller mouthfeel that belies its low strength. Using a punchy combination of Motueka and Columbus hops sets the tone somewhere between tropical palm groves and pine forests. The fresh lemon zest aroma is backed up with a touch of good old fashioned hop bitterness that leaves you wanting another.Light, low ABV, sessionable hazy beer that is best enjoyed fresh!
