Spanish Cedar Barleywine

A thick, full flavoured barley wine with a smooth finish. This beer was aged on Spanish cedar to give hints of freshly cracked white pepper and sandalwood. Brewed for Carwyn Cellars. Malt marris otter, crystal hops, apollo yeast, English ale strain, other dextrose.
