Take Me Home Tonight is our take on a traditional English Porter. We started will a melange of chocolate, brown, and roasted malts and hopped with Fuggles. We then fermented with an English yeast and aged in Madagascar vanilla beans and Papa New Guinea roasted coffee from our local friends, Salto Coffee works. The result is a dry, rich beer perfect for fall weather. Think chocolate, mocha latte, chocolate chip cookie, and London.
