Stingy Tongue

Описание

Mosaic is a varietal we've utilised in absolutely everything, style wise. From DIPAs to IPAs and sours to stouts, this magnificently unique hop fits its name perfectly - wonderfully complex, and hugely adaptable to whatever we need it for. So what do you do when you find yourself with a small but mighty surplus of Mosaic? Launch it all into a single hop DDH Pale is what you do! Positively dripping with tangerine, berry, and bubblegum notes, before reeling itself back in with earthy pine for balance, we've treated this beer to a lavish lashing of our bespoke LA3 strain to create the ultimate modern hazy pale. Mosaic, we think it's fair to say, we absolutely love you.
