Cider made with exclusively crabapples. Fermented with native yeasts, featuring a blend of Dolgo, Wickson, and Hewes crabapples. Macerated in their own pomace for 12 hours prior to pressing. Aged in glass demijohns for 12 months. Good things come in small packages.
