One of the oldest remaining beers from our brewer's reserve cellar--and one of the first wild beers we ever brewed--this wild witbier began as a Belgian white ale spiced with orange peel and coriander, which we then matured in pinot noir barrels with wild yeast and bacteria, producing notes of citrus, fruit, and farmhouse funk.
