Baltic Porter is a style near and dear to our hearts. The combination of the subtle complexity of a lager and all the roast, toast, toffee & warm booziness you expect from an Imperial Stout kind makes it the perfect cold weather beer. We kept this one pretty classic for the most part, but added a good haul of oats and late hop additions because we just can't help ourselves.
