The next release in our “10 Years Edition” series is one of our favorites at Frontaal: Stratification!Azacca gives the beer juicy notes of ripe mango, papaya, and fresh citrus, Galaxy adds layers of passion fruit and pineapple, and Talus provides a subtle pine and citrus accent on the finish. Together, these exotic hops create a super juicy New England Double IPA with a soft mouthfeel, in which the hop character is supported by a light malt sweetness and balanced bitterness.
