Basket of Herbs: Elderflower And Lemon Balm Sour

Описание

In the height of lush summer growth we hand-picked elderflower from our garden and lemon balm from the farm. Basket of Herbs is dry and elegant, with a crisp acidity this beer is a lovely expression of this time of year. This is all the elderflowers in our garden so get it while you can! We love working with the seasons, making the most of times of abundance and eagerly awaiting the next flora to have it's time in the sun.Made in the spirit of all the beers we make, simple yet with complex depth of flavour. Focused on ingredients and how they are grown.
