An evolution of our hop-forward sour beers, taking lessons learned and ideas sparked in a very citrusy direction. Combining hops with fruit has been a labour of love for us this year and OJ IPA is the culmination of our experiments. The hop duo we liked best from our SIPA range this year was Citra and Enigma for the perfect balance of bright and dank flavours. We've brought this back with a heavy dose of Mandarin juice for a citrus bomb of a Modern Sour Beer.
