Campervan and Nauticus present the Clover Club Sour, our riff on the beloved Clover Club cocktail (Gin, Lemon Juice, Raspberry Syrup, Eggwhite). The lemony Berliner Weisse base beer covers the sharp sourness, the Juniper reflects the gin with a touch of herbaceousness, while the raspberry puree drives the slight tart red berry notes, perceptual sweetness and vivid colour. Our aim was to create a beer that could be served in many ways - as a pint, over ice (like a Lindeman's Cassis in Belgium) or indeed as a cocktail component.
