In a largely throw-away culture that promotes the adage, "Buy, Buy, Buy", waste surrounds us. However, in a world Re-Imagined, things might be a little different; through creativity we might find a re-birth. Our "ReImagining" series takes ingredients that we have already used and finds them new life. Of the Farm: the ReImagining III takes 2nd-use Blackberries, a touch of Cherry, and some handfuls of Lavender grown by our friend Bob right here in Kimberton. Dry, lightly fruity, with just the right amount of floral character, this lovely cider embodies the ethos of re-use and appreciation.
