Brewed in conjunction with our merry mates at Carwyn Cellars this doppelbock boasts a big and beautiful malt character courtesy of a choice selection of German grown malts and specialty malts. Huell melon hops provide a supporting, underlying bitterness. Like all of our lagers this beer was brewed many moons ago, has been cold fermented, is unfiltered and naturally carbonated.
