Fireball Lager

This is a pale golden clear beer with white head. First impression is that of intense cinnamon aroma with slight nutmeg and tangerine notes. On palate, cinnamon again dominates the experience giving a hot sensation (like fireball liquor) with a medium-intensity honey sweetness on the bank end. Balance is towards malt with no perceived bitterness and a very dry finish. It has a very light body, with medium carbonation and a crisp aftertaste. You may find a numbing sensation and a slickness in tongue that allows a great pairing with spicy food. It can also work with any Asian dishes where soy or umami are upfront. This beer is easy to drink and refreshing in spite of the high alcohol.
