Graftage makes its return....This years variant brewed with cider+cinnamon, then fermented with Hefe yeast. After fermentation. it was aged on some Vermont maple syrup! A graf comes from Stephen Kings Dark Tower and is a cider/beer hybrid.Graftage -the art or practice of inserting a part of one plant into another plant in such a way that the two will unite and continue their growth
