This experimental millet-based beer, crafted with Dagadi Jowar, incorporates Koji-a staple in Japanese culinary traditions. By blending the classic pilsner style with innovative brewing techniques, it delivers a nutty, umami-rich profile and a refreshingly crisp finish.Through this collaboration with Great State Aleworks, our goal is to push the boundaries of experimental beers as well as help build a significant and sustained demand for small farmers growing these resilient crops.For this launch, our artwork was inspired by Hiroshi Yoshida and the Ukiyo () art style. Ukiyo roughly translates to a floating / fleeting / transient world. In this floating, transient world, we're bringing you a Indo-Japanese collaboration.
