Crossgrain is our East-meets-West American IPA with Centennial, Simcoe, and Mosaic Cryo. Dry, clean, and firmly bitter like a classic West Coast IPA, but dry hopped at a rate similar to our New Englang-style IPAs, this beer hits all of our favorite points.
