The first Fulton & Wood release of 2024.The team chose a hybrid yeast strain that delivers the dryness of Belgian Saisons with the fruitiness of French Saisons. The team finished the beer with fresh squeezed juice from over 80 pounds of cucumbers, bringing together a bright and crisp beer that is both gentle and adventurous. The name Mara is a loving reference to Brewer Mike’s daughter.
