IPA with Cherry and PineappleSay What? Who set these two fruits up on a blind date? They Couldn't be more different. Cherry, with her plump cheeks and oh-so-sweet smile. Pineapple with his firm core and acidic sense of humour. But love can be unpredictable. And exciting. And can be found in the most bizarre pairings.For this beer, we took a Hazy IPA base, threw in bucket-loads of Australian sweet cherries and pineapple juice and bought it all together with lashings of Vic Secret and Galaxy hops. It was love at first fruit!
