In Batch 8 we look to create a Lemonade Sour. Using all the Lemons with fresh Lemon Peel and Lemon Juice for that Lemonade hit, while Lemon Verbena and Lemongrass bring depth to the beer with bright Herbaceous Lemon and Ginger. We used WildBrew Philly Sour to bring the PH level down to give it a Sour kick perfect for a hot day in the sun.
