To celebrate what has been an extraordinary 9 years in the life of our Brewery, we’re launching a very special collaboration with long term friends and allies Wines by KTA co-fermented, oak fermented, red wine grape Saison.‘Field Blend Red’ features 200kg of a combination of KT’s handpicked, whole bunch Clare Valley Shiraz & Muscat grapes that underwent carbonic maceration in our Foeder Crafters American Oak Foeder for 4 days - onto which we knocked-out a Wheaty Saison wort and pitched Ferveo Yeast French Saison yeast; co-fermenting for a further 3 weeks.IN A NUTSHELL: Bright berry, grape, vanilla, pepper and grip.
