This is our 2nd year to sponsor the Southwest Invasion and their 6th year curating talent from around the globe. Speak-easies became prominent during prohibition as it was an illicit establishment that sold alcohol. Luckily, we are not in the prohibition time-period, but we like the rebellious nature behind the Speakeasy and the inclusiveness and creativeness behind the saloons as well. Knowing the weather to typically be nice and sunny, aka hot! We brewed a refreshing India Pale Ale with tropical notes combined with melon, or as we say Magic!
