Brewed in collaboration with Kyoto Brewing Co.Japan boasts one of the most exciting but complex cultures in the world. From the bright neon lights and bustling streets of Tokyo to the temples, gardens and relative peace of Kyoto, this beer captures that complexity. Brewed with Konbu seaweed, satsuma peel, flaked rice & sea salt. Temple is a very light and dry sour beer with prominent salt, citrus character and subtle umami.
