Every year, we meticulously brew our Russian Imperial Stout ready for our Bourbon Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout. This year we made a bit extra so we could produce a series of Russian Imperial Stouts for the Adelaide Beer and BBQ Festival. Unfortunately, the festival was cancelled but we pushed on with a very limited handful of kegs. This is the OG Russian Imperial, so make sure you look for the other two in the series, Chai and Nitro.
