This blend is a result of macerating homegrown Gamza grapes from the Danube Plain village of Baniska onto 3yo lambic from Timmermans. Before bottling, we backblended with younger Girardin lambic in order to obtain a final fruit intensity of 358g of Gamza per liter. Preferably to be drunk younger.
