A first time for Balter using only Australian hops to bring you a Strong Pale Ale. Brewed the day Malcolm Young (AC/DC) passed away we thought it only fitting to name it after him. On the nose, you'll find passionfruit, ripe mango, bitter orange peel, black pepper & a light pine resin. On the palate, you'll experience a bedrock of bright tight biscuity malt that paves the way for power chords of juicy citrus and mango, followed by a punchy herbaceous mid palate riffing hard until a roaring chorus of overdriven bitterness brings it all home. Our head brewer wrote all that... couldn't get away from the music analogies haha. Enjoy.
