Our first double barrel creation with @mortalisbrewing. Cosmic Symmetry is said to be the relationship between the universe and consciousness. We took the adjunct schedule from the BA version, double-barreled the base in both a Spirits Lab and Willett barrel for 32 months total before adding peanuts, pecans, almonds, macadamias, toasted coconut, marshmallow, maple syrup, and Madagascar vanilla.Thick and viscous with insane aromas of fudge, almond marzipan, and coconut candy, boozy flavors of thick fudge lead into crushed Butterfinger bar, caramel-coated nuts, and coconut chocolate chip pancakes topped with fluff and drizzled with the best maple syrup you can find.
