It's Hop Harvest Time! Mirror Green is a local Wet Hop/Harvest IPA with generous malt complexity balanced against a wall of hop flavor and aroma. Brewed with Golden Promise, Vienna, and Oat malts, and Wet Hopped with 30lbs (10lbs/ bbl) of fresh picked Chinook, Cascade and Brewers Gold from Heidelberg Hop Heads in Robesonia, PA. We lightly dry hopped it with some of our favorite tropical hops, resulting in notes of sweet orange, light caramel, pear, and fresh cut grass. Drink your harvest!
