It was then fermented with sweet cherries, blended back with some of last year's winter warmer "ComfyCozy" and aged for a full year in Cognac Barrel.Big, spicy barrel character, light cocoa powder roastiness, and ripe cherry on the nose. Rich toasty maltiness with a slight tart edge from the fruit. Loads of roasted nut character on the finish.Drink fresh or age.
