The initial base beer for this one was a blonde saison brewed mostly with Callista in the kettle. After an extended primary fermentation, we added a light dose (~1/3 pound per gallon) of yellow Mirabelle plums and then dry-hopped it with Hallertau Blanc after completion of the secondary fruit fermentation.
