Joe's Own Blood Orange IPA

Pouring a deep reddish-orange reminiscent of rich Cambrian soil, this IPA has subtle citrus blossom on the nose backed up by a wave of pulpy orange jam on the palette. A proudly bitter finish evokes the pithy tastes of a halftime-orange-smile.The use of Red X and a hint of Chocolate malt provides a faint jaffa flavour hidden in the depths, whilst the hops selected for this brew - Amarillo, Cashmere and Mandarina Bavaria - were all citrus leaning to support the addition of Blood Orange added during fermentation.
