Choice malts make her pour bright, with a deep gold colour and add some gentle sweetness to the backbone of the palette. The malt honey-ness is accompanied by a touch of booze sweetness that you’d expect, and quite frankly want in an IPA like this with an ABV of 8.2%.Despite all this, the hops are still the star of the show – West Coast specialty hop blend Sequoia is joined by powerhouse trio of double-potency Cryo Mosaic, Cryo Simcoe and Cryo Citra.
